The only caveat is to be sure you're not in a room overlooking the HVAC system. The hotel itself is very nice, with gorgeous bathrooms and comfortable king sized beds. And of course all the other extravagance you would expect of a high quality buffet, for under $30. The entertainment at Canoes Cabaret at Tulalip Resort runs the gamut from 70's Funk, 80's new Wave, Comedy, disco, Movie Nights, Industry Nights, Classic Rock Tribute bands, PPV MMA/boxing and energy filled performances of today's hits. On Tuesdays the all-you-can-eat seafood buffet rocks! Fresh Dungeness and king crab legs and fresh shrimp in the shell, both in endless supply. Canoes Cabaret Nightclub is Snohomish County's premier live entertainment venue.
No smoking is allowed in the hotel at all. The casino and night club have a better ventilation system than some casinos, so although smoking is allowed and unfortunately heavily present in, it's not quite as uncomfortable for non smokers as some casinos. The resort has several restaurant, bars, big name shows, and local night club style entertainment with a dance floor that is popular with locals. I've only played the slot machines and they pay off at about the same rate as any casino. All the typical bells and whistles of a casino, but in a new-ish facility that is well maintained.
